On January 22nd, the establishment conference of the Chongqing Hydrogen Industry Ecological Alliance and the promotion meeting for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Hydrogen Corridor were held at the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The conference officially announced the establishment of the Chongqing Hydrogen Industry Ecological Alliance, and the Chongqing Hydrogen Energy Development Co., Ltd. and the Chongqing Automotive Industry Innovation and Development Research Institute were simultaneously inaugurated. At the meeting, the state-owned enterprises from Chongqing, Sichuan and Hubei signed an agreement to jointly build a high-speed hydrogen corridor, and 37 hydrogen industry projects and scenarios were collectively released, with a total investment of 8.34 billion yuan. This marks that the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Hydrogen Corridor has moved from a single-point breakthrough to a new stage of regional collaboration and industrial linkage. This is also an important measure for Chongqing to implement the national "carbon neutrality" strategy and the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle.

The newly established Chongqing Hydrogen Industry Ecological Alliance brings together 45 member units including central state-owned enterprises, municipal state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign enterprises, universities and research institutes, covering the entire hydrogen industry chain from "production, storage, transportation, refueling and application" as well as service support links. It is a core platform for coordinating resources, tackling technologies and promoting coordinated development.
Among them, Chongqing Expressway Group was elected as the alliance's chairing unit, and United Hydrogen was elected as the alliance's vice-chairing unit. They deeply integrate into the alliance as core strategic partners, leveraging their comprehensive industrial chain technology advantages and commercial operation experience to jointly lead the implementation of hydrogen life scenarios and the integration of the industrial ecosystem.
Simultaneously, Chongqing Hydrogen Energy Development Co., Ltd., jointly established by Chongqing Logistics Group, Chongqing Expressway Group and Chongqing Chemical Industry Group, will launch exclusive business linkages with United Hydrogen and jointly promote the large-scale operation of logistics scenarios along the Chengdu-Chongqing hydrogen corridor.
At the promotion meeting, Chongqing Expressway Group, Shudao Group and Hubei Expressway Investment Group jointly signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the Joint Construction and Sharing of the High-Speed Hydrogen Corridor in Chongqing, Sichuan and Hubei Regions". The three parties will focus on the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities and the Chongqing-Hubei section of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, promoting the joint construction of hydrogen refueling infrastructure, operational collaboration and safety co-management. This marks that the development of hydrogen energy in Chongqing, Sichuan and Hubei regions has upgraded from "single regional efforts" to "cooperative construction among the three regions".
As the core binding partner of Chongqing's hydrogen energy industrial ecosystem, United Hydrogen Energy Group simultaneously released the H2aaS service system at the meeting to assist the action plan for the high-speed hydrogen corridor in Chengdu-Chongqing. Its customized full-chain solutions for hydrogen supply, storage, transportation and refueling, application services precisely match the regional hydrogen development needs led by Chongqing, providing core support for the construction of the ecological loop of the high-speed hydrogen corridor in Chongqing, Sichuan and Hubei regions.
The list of hydrogen industry projects and scenarios for state-owned enterprises in Chongqing released this time covers four core types: infrastructure, terminal manufacturing, research and innovation, and carrier resources. There are 37 projects and scenarios with a total investment of 8.34 billion yuan, comprehensively covering all links of the hydrogen gas "production, storage, transportation, refueling, and application" industrial chain, providing a clear path for various market entities to participate in Chongqing's hydrogen energy industry.

Qingling Group, Chongqing Investment Consulting Group, Chongqing Logistics Group, as well as various state-owned enterprises in Chongqing such as banks, securities companies, and insurance companies, have formed a close ecological binding pattern with United Hydrogen. Together, they are leading in building the "ecosystem" of the hydrogen industry. Among them, United Hydrogen, as the core layouter of Chongqing's hydrogen life service sector, collaborates with Chongqing's state-owned enterprises to plan and construct hydrogen life experience centers. The centers will focus on showcasing hydrogen-rich facial masks, hydrogen-rich soft rice, live hydrogen water, hydrogen water stations and other daily necessities that meet the needs of Chongqing residents, allowing hydrogen to deeply integrate into the lives of Chongqing residents and solidifying Chongqing's position as a benchmark for hydrogen life ecosystem demonstration.

The promotion meeting will simultaneously announce the commencement and launch of a series of landmark projects of the Chengdu-Chongqing Hydrogen Corridor. These include the pilot project for liquid hydrogen storage, jointly participated by Chongqing Machinery Group and United Hydrogen; and the "Hydrogen Enters Every Household" demonstration project led by the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, jointly created by Chongqing state-owned enterprises and United Hydrogen. Among them, the "Hydrogen Enters Every Household" demonstration project has been implemented in Tongnan District, aiming to build the first "Hydrogen Life Experience Center" demonstration model in Southwest China. It will address the three core demands of local energy supply, transportation, and public services in Chongqing, and construct a new community ecosystem featuring "clean energy, low-carbon transportation, intelligent services, and high-quality life". The project will be jointly operated by both parties, and subsequent plans include the construction of a hydrogen science and technology museum and a youth study base to enhance Chongqing citizens' understanding and acceptance of hydrogen energy, and promote a leapfrog breakthrough of hydrogen technology from the industrial sector to the public welfare sector in Chongqing.
Subsequently, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission will leverage the special working mechanism for hydrogen energy to coordinate and manage all aspects. In collaboration with municipal departments and all districts and counties, it will strive to secure policy financial support such as the national fuel cell vehicle demonstration urban cluster and ultra-long-term special government bonds. The focus will be on ensuring the progress of key cooperation projects between Chongqing and the United Hydrogen Energy Group and other core partners. This will facilitate the development of the industry, remove obstacles, provide support and protection, and continuously promote the implementation of innovative scenarios such as hydrogen life jointly built by both parties in Chongqing. This will enable hydrogen to truly enter the homes of millions of people in Chongqing.
