United Hydrogen's Hong Kong project approved; fuel cell forklifts aid trial construction.

Recently, at a meeting of the cross-departmental working group on hydrogen energy led by the Hong Kong Environment Bureau, four new hydrogen fuel trial project applications were in principle approved. Among them, the 3.5-ton hydrogen fuel cell forklift project by United Hydrogen was also on the approved list. This marks the first hydrogen fuel cell forklift project in Hong Kong to pass the principle-level approval, opening a new chapter in the application scenarios of hydrogen energy in Hong Kong.

At the opening ceremony of Sinopec Hong Kong's Aotou Hydrogen Refueling Station, United Hydrogen's hydrogen fuel cell forklifts already stood out. One of the newly added hydrogen fuel trial projects is jointly applied for by SINOSYNERGY International Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of SINOSYNERGY Hydrogen Energy), Sinopec Hong Kong, and China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Located at the Kong Ngau Po construction site where a police training base is being built, the project consists of two main parts: firstly, using a 19-seat and a 55-seat hydrogen fuel cell bus to shuttle workers on a 4-kilometer round trip; secondly, employing three 3.5-ton hydrogen fuel cell forklifts for handling construction materials. The hydrogen energy for the vehicles is supplied by Sinopec Hong Kong's Aotou Hydrogen Refueling Station, the first public hydrogen refueling station in Hong Kong.

United Hydrogen's forklifts adopt cutting-edge solid-state hydrogen storage technology in the industry, significantly enhancing the safety and convenience of hydrogen storage while achieving excellent energy utilization efficiency. Each forklift is equipped with a high-efficiency and stable fuel cell system, capable of continuous operation for several hours, making it perfectly suitable for busy work environments. United Hydrogen has always been committed to becoming a "city-level hydrogen energy operation service provider," focusing on building a full-chain platform and ecosystem for the hydrogen energy industry to promote the wide application of hydrogen energy technologies in various scenarios. By integrating hydrogen energy production, supply chain, hydrogen refueling stations, hydrogen energy equipment, hydrogen transportation scenarios, and hydrogen energy big data, it has absolute control and service capabilities across the entire industrial chain of production, storage, transportation, refueling, and utilization.

United Hydrogen will continue to drive the development and application of hydrogen energy, contributing to the global green energy transition.
