During the research, Chairman Li Yanmin of the Provincial People's Congress visited the hydrogen refueling station of UH - Eastern Hydrogen Port. He learned about the equipment process and hydrogen filling situation.
The UH- Eastern Hydrogen Port refueling station, as a key infrastructure of the Yangtze River Delta hydrogen energy park in Jiaxing Port Area, is designed with the concepts of "high efficiency, high safety, and intelligence". Since its opening on July 1, 2024, it has provided refueling services for over 20,000 hydrogen-powered trucks and buses, with the highest single-day refueling volume exceeding 2,000 kilograms. It has become a demonstration model for the green transformation of transportation in the Yangtze River Delta.
Ma Xia, the chairman and CEO of United Hydrogen Group , and Dou Pengmin, the general manager of the Hydrogen Supply Division, provided a detailed report on the technological innovations and operational practices of the hydrogen refueling station. The station is equipped with 45MPa hydrogen storage tank groups, dual-gun dual-metering hydrogen refueling machines, and liquid-driven compressors, enabling the refueling of hydrogen-powered heavy trucks with 30 kilograms of hydrogen in just 8 minutes, with a range exceeding 300 kilometers. Through the intelligent station control system, real-time monitoring of 12 parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate is achieved throughout the hydrogen refueling process, ensuring "zero accidents" in operation. Chairman Lian Yimin expressed his approval and encouraged to further expand application scenarios, promote the development of the "production-storage-transmission-use" full chain, actively seize the future new market segments. He stated that efforts should be made to further promote the high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry, strengthen top-level design, deepen technological empowerment, expand the enterprise team， promote demonstration applications， and lead the way in building a clean， low-carbon， safe and efficient energy system.
